The text is Arial, because that's genuinely what those thumbnails use. Straight apostrophes get swapped for curly ones automatically, the same way they appear in the originals. Type longer text and the card grows while the font stays proportional, so the spacing always matches the reference.

How to make a review style thumbnail

Set how many stars are filled. Half stars work, so 3.5 is fine.
Pick the boxed tiles (the Ryan look) or a classic star shape, and choose your color. The red, orange, and pink presets cover the common looks, or use the custom picker.
Type your review text. It wraps and sizes itself so it always fits the card.
Toggle the profile picture and date if you want them, upload your own face, and hit Download PNG. The area around the card is transparent.
